Skegness Branch held a successful coffee morning at Irby and Bratoft Village Hall. Special guest Mr Robert Caudwell, Chairman of the Association of Drainage Authorities, gave a talk and answered questions about many aspects of drainage, including the flooding issues relating to the Steeping River.
