A Skegness policy discussion group has won a national award, it was announced at the Conservative Party Conference.

Skegness Conservatives Branch held a successful Murder Mystery Supper at the WI Hall, Burgh le Marsh. The guests had to act as sleuths to identify the murderer in a play set in the 1920s, written by Conservative member June Owen.

The formation of a County-wide Facebook group for young Conservative supporters is being spearheaded by the Skegness group of the Conservative Policy Forum (CPF).


After a campaign lasting eight years, Boston and Skegness MP Matt Warman and Carrington Parish Council have secured a replacement post box at Shorts Corner from Royal Mail, after the previous one went missing ten years ago.
